Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our website. The following terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on the Clementine Jewellery website. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. These terms and conditions may change from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Ordering and Payment.

We at Clementine Jewellery offer a full on-line ordering system through this website. The price that you pay for each item will be the price displayed in UK pounds on the website at the time your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. When paying for your items using a credit/debit card you will be passed through to PayPal to complete payment.  At no point do Clementine Jewellery have any access to your credit/debit card details.

Delivery and Dispatch

At Clementine jewellery we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Should there be any delay with any order we will keep you fully informed at all times.

Delivery to UK addresses will be sent by the following methods and require a signature.

Royal Mail, First Class Recorded Delivery.

Delivery will only be made to the address given at the time the order unless we are notified of a change of address prior to dispatch. Delivery will be complete when the goods have been delivered and signed for at the agreed address.

Delivery to addresses outside of the UK will be by whichever method is deemed to be the securest and most cost efficient for that particular country. The buyer will be notified of the method and timescale of delivery at the time of dispatch.

Cancellation.

If you need to amend or cancel an order please contact us with your request. Unfortunately as all items are made to order, once processing has begun we cannot cancel orders.

Returns and Refunds.

We hope you are totally satisfied with your purchased goods. We try to ensure that all descriptions and photographs used on the website are as accurate as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly from those shown due to the nature of the gem stones used. In rare cases when a specific bead is not available we will replace it with one of equal size, quality and colour balance.

If you wish to return any items for a refund or exchange we ask that you contact clementine jewellery  at clementinejewellery@hotmail.co.uk within 2 days of receipt.  We can only replace or exchange items that are genuinely faulty.

Postage and Packing costs.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. All orders over £300 are sent free of charge. Clementine Jewellery comes complete with white branded gift bags. If you do not require this packaging please let us know in the notes section when placing your order. 

Privacy.

Clementine Jewellery strictly adheres to the UK data protection act 1998. As such we keep your personal data safely and securely and will never, under any circumstances, pass on your details to another company or third party. Clementine Jewellery does not hold any of your credit or debit card details.

Claims.

Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be notified to Clementine jewellery within 48 hours of the receipt of goods and we will not entertain claims made outside of this stated time limit.
