All sterling silver necklace lengths are 16-inches with a 2-inch extender chain. Suede necklaces lengths are 36 inches and can be fastened with a knot or bow. Please note that these are approximate measurements and are only given as a guideline. Items are not shown at actual size.

We reserve the right to refuse orders from new customers, and in certain cities or towns we may wish to limit the number of businesses we supply to ensure fair trade to all.

Dispatch Information
Orders will usually be dispatched within 14 days of receiving the order, however, as every item is handcrafted by Clementine, during the run up to Christmas orders may take longer to be dispatched. To avoid disappointment at these times orders should be placed as early as possible with a dispatch date requested.

Delivery
Carriage charges are as follows:
Orders up to £100: £5.45
Orders up to £250: £6.95
Orders up to £500: £7.95
Orders over £500: Free of charge

Exchange & Refunds
We do not provide goods on a sale or return basis and therefore can only replace or exchange items that are genuinely faulty. Should you have any faulty items please return them to us for a replacement. As each item is made to order we cannot issue refunds at any time.

Out of stock items
From time to time certain items may become unavailable and we will contact you with alternative items to order. Please note that colours may vary slightly from those shown due to the nature of the semi precious stones used. In rare cases when a specific bead is not available, we will replace it with one of equal size, quality and colour balance.

Nickel Content
All items are nickel free and comply with EU regulations. Items that are sterling silver are clearly stated. Some items (that are not sterling silver) can be made sterling silver at an additional cost, please contact us for further details.

Title Claim
Goods remain the property of Clementine until all the sums due by the customer are paid in full. The risk of the goods passes to the customer on delivery but the ownership remains with Clementine until full payment has been received.
